Hi! Sorry if this question is a bit off topic for your blog, but I'm not sure where else to ask - I'm very interested in moths, and the idea of owning them as pets intrigues me. However, I know almost nothing about how to properly take care of them and there doesn't seem to be much information online. Do you happen to have any resources on moth care/other blogs that discuss this? Thank you!

Ahh that makes me so happy, thank you!! I’m so glad I get to share all the cool animals out there people may not know about. I hope if we can bring awareness to them all that more people will want to protect them!! Also, margays are just so adorable I fell in love the second I saw them!!!

In case anyone was wondering, leopard geckos (especially the babies) can scream if startled by something, or are angry/scared! The lil sweetie above was not happy about the fly bugging them!!

And last but not least we have this grumpy old lady. So this is Sasha. Shes an ex breeder, so she has some problems (like missing toes 😥), but my bf took her in once the old owners were done with her. The last month with her has been so crazy. (Also she can open her eye more than that but shes angry with me lately lol)
First she got an infection in her leg, and we had to take her into the vet 3 separate times to drain it. And I had to give her a shot every 3 days for a couple weeks, as well as daily iodine baths.
And then once that was all healed and beautiful looking we went to check on her in the morning and her eye was all white and goopy looking. So another vet visit later and apparently it had something to do with stuck shed and different eyelids and stuff. So that was a saline rinse in the eye every other day, and eye drops every day.
But now I am happy to announce that she is almost fully healthy, and doing so much better (she just has a little stuck shed around her mouth to work on, but she always bites the qtip so it’s a struggle haha). Shes super tired of us poking and prodding at her, so now whenever we pick her up she gets grumpy and closes her eyes. Such a drama queen, but I love her and would do anything for her.
